The Washington organization named it’s 70 Greatest Redskins in 2002, in honor of their 70th anniversary. These were the very best of the best to have ever donned the burgundy and gold. Then in 2012, Washington announced that 10 more players would be added to the prestigious list, and subsequently create the 80 Greatest Redskins of All Time.
There are 74 players, 5 coaches, and one General Manager dating all the way back to the team’s origins in Boston in 1932.
